1What we offer
Cridi provides:
- Credit Management System — Track and manage customer credits (ديون) for your shop or business.
- Customer Database — Securely store customer information, credit history, and payment records.
- WhatsApp Reminders — Automated payment reminders sent via WhatsApp to your customers.
- Sales & Inventory Tracking — Tools to track sales and inventory levels.
- Staff Management — Manage employee access and permissions.
- Zakat Calculator — Calculate zakat obligations based on outstanding credits.
Subscription Plans:
- •Starter (197 MAD/month): Essential features for small shops and individual business owners.
- •Pro (489 MAD/month): Advanced features including multi-store management and priority support.
- •Enterprise (Custom pricing): Tailored solutions for large businesses with dedicated support.
The platform is provided as a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.
2Eligibility & accounts
- The service is intended for business owners and operators in Morocco and MENA region. Users must be 18 years or older.
- One account represents one business entity. You may invite staff members with appropriate permission levels.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
3Your data & customer data
- You retain ownership of all customer data you enter into Cridi. We process this data on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and process your customers' personal data.
- You must inform your customers that their data is stored in Cridi and obtain necessary consent where required by law.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4License and intellectual property
- All software, design, graphics, and branding are owned by Cridi or its licensors.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your business operations.
- Strictly prohibited: sharing your login credentials; reverse engineering the software; attempting to access other users' data; copying, reselling, or redistributing any part of the service.
Legal notice (Morocco):
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected software may result in civil damages and criminal penalties under Law No. 2-00 on Copyright and Related Rights. Willful infringement for commercial purposes is punishable by imprisonment and significant fines.
5Prices, currency, taxes & payment
- Prices are listed primarily in MAD (Moroccan dirham).
- Starter subscription (197 MAD/month): Essential credit management features for small businesses.
- Pro subscription (489 MAD/month): Full access to all features, multi-store support, and priority support.
- Enterprise (custom pricing): Contact us for tailored solutions and volume discounts.
- Payments are processed via Payzone (cards and cash) and PayPal (international cards).
- TVA (VAT) is included where applicable and shown on invoices.
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
6Subscriptions & billing
- Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual plans automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Annual plans: Save up to 20% compared to monthly billing (where offered).
Cancellation:
- •Monthly: Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- •Annual: Cancel at least 1 month before renewal.
- •Cancel via your account settings or email info@cridi.ma.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, no refunds for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period. Your data remains available for 30 days after expiration for export.
7WhatsApp integration
- WhatsApp reminders are sent via the official WhatsApp Business API.
- You must have your customers' consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
- Message delivery depends on WhatsApp's availability and customer's phone status; we do not guarantee delivery.
- Abuse of the messaging feature (spam, harassment) will result in immediate account termination.
- WhatsApp message limits may vary by subscription plan.
8Acceptable use policy
You agree not to:
- Use Cridi for any illegal activities including usury (الربا) or unlawful lending practices.
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the platform.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations.
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse your customers.
- Misrepresent your identity or business information.
9Service availability & support
- We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance when possible.
- Support is available via email and in-app chat.
Support Response Times:
- •Starter: Response within 48 hours (business days).
- •Pro: Priority support, response within 24 hours (business days).
- •Enterprise: Dedicated support with custom SLA.
10Data export & portability
- You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel).
- Upon account closure, data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.
11Disclaimers
- Cridi is a tool for record-keeping; it does not provide legal, financial, or debt collection services.
- We do not guarantee debt recovery or customer payment compliance.
- You are solely responsible for your business decisions and customer relationships.
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for actions taken by your customers based on reminder messages.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Cridi and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
- Actions or inactions of your customers.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 1,000 MAD, whichever is greater.
13Termination
- You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your license to use Cridi immediately ends.
- Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
14Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and/or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15Dispute resolution
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
